I was looking for a simple, cheap, and easy to use headset, and thought of the Jabra BT2010 bluetooth headset. This unit is small and quite discreet to wear, whilst easy to reach and use. I would recommend using the ear hook because the ear piece doesn't fit into your ear, but sits outside. Unfortunately, the design of the ear hook made part of it scrap across the back of my ear and would give me a small ache and itch. Nevertheless, the Jabra BT2010 fits quite securely, but for people who work in rough conditions, it may not hold.

First things first, after charging, I paired it up with my phone and it was as easy as 1 2 3. I would hear a beep however every once in a while but it isn't anything too bothersome. Like any headset, you can turn it off and on and it'll automatically reconnect with your phone. Walk out of distance and back in and it'll connect again. Even while you're in a call, you can turn it on and it'll automatically jump into your headset. This truly makes the unit itself discreet.

While in a call, the volume can be quite loud and great for noisy environments. Voice quality is also quite clear and the other people can easily hear me. Unfortunately, the lack of noice cancellation meant that in noisy areas, I'd have to speak a little louder, but even then that was enough to allow them to hear me. The high sensitivity is both a pro and a con, but the overall unit works very well in most situations.

Although the headset only lasts for the usual amount of time like other headsets, which is quite good, it charges very quickly, and because it uses a mini USB connection like a lot of phone devices these days, it makes its it readily available to charge and use any time you need.

All in all, for those looking for a simple headset to get around their busy day, the Jabra BT2010 is a good choice. Stylish, simple, reliable, and cheap.
