It's a late post but I was waiting for Metacafe to notify me that my videos were uploaded. I received no notification of the approval and didn't know how to check; but luckily stumbled upon it and now write this update. I did look between YouTube and Facebook but metacafe had the more suitable options for me.
So what happened? Well, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints held a basketball tournament betweent he youth in the church, ages 12-17.
Men and women played in different devisions and within each one were age brackets of 12-14 and 15-17, if I remember correctly.
I did not watch any of the other games other than the young men 15-17 since that's where my boys are. It was Wyndham Stake vs Deer Park Stake vs Heidelberg Stake.
Needless to say, the winners is as above order. We won every match and went into the finals; the game was finally stepped up. The first half we played very well. Getting a decent lead and putting on the pressure. On second half, Deer Park caught up and we were neck and neck throughout most of the half. The lead was back and forth until the final minutes and seconds when we managed to get a point up. Pressure was on to keep that one point lead but they captured a foul on us and shot for their points. I had to take the recording in different files because I was running out of space between the timeouts and battery; but here is the final bit of the game. Our win should have been by 2 points, but it matters not; Good game.
