I thought I'd touch on the comparisons also, of what I thought of the two from the preview; I personally think that GT5 looks better than FZM3, but game mechanics will be left to judge for yourself, but here are my reasons why:
Throughout the game, you'll see that both have great road desgins and details, also world environments. You don't get much of a glimpse of the insides and it's only very brief, but though both look good, they don't look too real yet.

FZM3 insides at 1:25 - You might notice a lack of reflection on the mirror also.
However, you'll notice throughout the game, GT5 holds better reflections on its Ferrari. Though I can't say it was entirely consistant, neither was FZM3's, but it looks gorgeous.
Further detail to the car are the lights, for example. GT5 has individual lights, whereas FZM3 has a single effect.

FZM3 lights at 0:40
Going back to the environment, the cars in FZM3 don't seem to rumbble on the various tarmacs.

FZM3 tarmac at 1:22
But all in all, both games look great and it's definitely getting my blood pumping.
