I had some tickets for the Melbourne Museum that expired this month which I had been wanting to use, so, finally with some spare time on a Saturday, I took my deacons from church down to the Melbourne Museum.

Although it was only a short trip since the boys literally rushed through it all, not really to see and learn that much but more to see something new and cool, we finished the museum probably a little over an hour, or around that time.

The boys would go spot to spot looking at as many things as I could, all excited, not really bothered with reading what they've been looking at.

Forest

There would be times they'd briefly spot to figure out what something was or to share how cool or weird it looked.

Dinosaurs

But it really was fun just watching their faces light up and giggling amongst each other of the weird and fascinating things of the world.

Sea

Though I couldn't get a lot of pictures, nor organise them easily to get some, I think it's the memories that count.

After going through the museum, we went down to Hoyts to watch Shrek Forever After in 3D.

Before going in, we went to Playtime to play some games and win some tickets for prizes. Everyone had $10, I had $5. While Tyson and Ira played games they enjoyed and got a few tickets, Trung decided to be smart and play a cheap game which gave a fair bit of tickets. I myself just went for the jackpot and managed to hit it on my second try.

In total, I had 483 tickets, Trung had a little less, and both Ira and Tyson had a little under 100, with a grand total of 1099, which the boys got whatever items they wanted with.

The ride home was filled with laughter as one of the toys they got was a putty which made a farting sound when you squeeze it; boys will be boys.

All in all, spending time with the little boys, though to an extend hectic, was great fun and filled with laughs.
