Well, not only was my Adelaide road trip cancelled, but all of my plans are now cancelled. My Mother found work so now I need to drive my little brother to school in the mornings, and miraculously, the next day I was called up and offered a position in one of the jobs I applied for. I ring around on behalf of the Victoria State Emergency Service, or as we call them, SES Volunteers, to ask for some sponsorship in the magaizines we release which updates all SES Volunteers on emergency skills, fire preventions, road accident rescue skills, and more. So anyone in Victoria who is interested in sponsoring these guys, I can be contacted on 0431 309 215 and I work 10am and up. I'll provide all the details and have all the information sent out to you. If you're in another state, I can pass you through to the appropriate departments. Other than that, still slowly working on building up this site and business. |

MSI had recently come out with the MSI Wind Top AE1900 computer which is set to rival against all current all-in-one computers from Dell, Toshiba, Sony, and the likes. It's no power house like the current models, but it provides a simple, fast, efficient, and cheap system fit for anyones home. You can find more about it from MSI themselves. What makes this model great though is the touch screen and the centralised menu to access all your needs. Interested? Get one now, straight from Bits & Pieces - Computers. |

Every year big gaming companies get together to share what they have in store for their consumers and from what I've seen for the Playstation 3 so far, I can't wait! I enjoyed Little Big Planet for the ingenuity of gameplay and now we have Mod Nation Racers which takes this easy-to-build concept to the racing platform for fun and competitive racing. But other than great games on their way, I'm greatly anticipating the new motion controllers for the Playstation 3. |

Bing, a new search engine in its beta phase, has been in the works for a while now but is it really anything revolutionary? With what it has to offer at the moment, I still prefer to use Google due to the web tools they have available. Bing is almost a copy of Google in the sense of being a central portal between various Windows and MSN services. Nova 100 had a little competition where they had to search for the distance between the Earth and the Sun and one would use Bing and one would use Google; Bing won. So what do you think though? Will Bing grow or become another Yahoo? |

Well, my road trip to Adelaide has be unfortunately been postponed as my friend My Do asked me to stake back to help out with the mini convention which the YSA are having in Melbourne. The mini convention is all next week starting with a carnival themed dance, some service projects and games, Sunday church services, and ending with Temple sessions and some more games; spanning through Friday to Monday. Supposedly this wouldn't be a problem as I'd come for the second half of the convention, but because I have to help set up on Friday now, Adelaide will have to wait. Other than that, I recieved my nifty little video capturing device and have spent most the week trying to get it to work smoothly. |
